A twist on the public library, our resource library offers a variety of developmentally appropriate toys, books and early educator resource materials designed to help parents and caregivers maximize their child’s development from infancy through age five.
Resource Library Policies 2025-2026
The Resource Library at 979 Washington Square Mall, Washington, NC is Open:
Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 5pm
The Resource Library at the Hyde-Davis Center at 33460 US Highway 264, Engelhard, NC is Open:
Tuesday from 1 – 3pm and Thursday from 2:30 – 4:40pm

All resources are available for a two week loan period. The Beaufort-Hyde Partnership for Children has the right to revoke membership privileges at any time.
